Really disappointed that it would cost so much to return the item as I had bought 2 lots of the same show by accident and didnt need either of them. When I tried to return I was told I should just keep that for a discount and sell them or gift them to someone as returns have to go through Germany customs. This is not clear at purchase and I feel like its somewhat dishonest to advertise quick and easy returns when this is not the case. The shoes are good quality but when fit or style isn't right youre still stuck with them
