The foot bed quality and overall service is spot on and the low star rating isn't for that . Unfortunately the description "wide" really isn't accurate. The width is still quite narrow , and is short by an inch overall on the toe bed. This isn't really unexpected as it's my umteenth purchase in search of a wide toe box footbed. Everything's coming up short even the Specially designed extra wide beds.
