They are not true to size, I'm always a 7.5 but they were far too small and definitely not 'barefoot' or wide fit compared to other brands. They sent a replacement pair because they dont really do refunds, the postage from the UK back to their warehouse abroad costs almost as much as the boots and the buyer has to cover it. The replacements which were meant to be bigger are also a 7.5. I gave them to a friend who is size 6 and they fit her, but she let me know that they leaked and left her feet soaking wet after walking through just wet grass and they fold at the heel when walking leaving blisters. They looked nice but other than that not really fit for purpose
