These shoes were too big. Despite assurances this company has an easy return policy, they have in fact, have a no return policy. Shocking! Do not purchase from this company. I will certainly never purchase anything again.
Very comfortable pair of shoes. Look nicer than I thought by looking at the pictures, good quality. Just didnt like how long it took for them to arrive but it is expected as it comes from overseas. Will buy it again.
They dont fit and you are beyond UNhelpful at giving refunds

I bought them for my daughter. She told me she never had such comfortable shoes before. I can only go by ,hat she says...
Tow box is wide but quite flat which means my toes fit without being squeezed together but rub on the top of the shoe. Not so great as open shoes because now have to wear socks…

I really love these but I think the sizing is a bit wrong. I am normally a size 5 but these are larger than expected. Maybe its because i size up because of my wide feet. I have a pair of Hobibear trainers and they are so good. They are size 37 (which is UK 4) I guess I should have gone for that but I forgot to check until now. I will definitely be coming back for more trainers as they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!
They look lovely and are wide across the toe box but the sides are too hard and cut in so I haven't really worn them for long as hurting the sides of my feet. Disappointed as the reviews were so good.
Never had them off my feet even my hip has stopped aching love them will be buying more, thank you, recommended by my boss who wears them every day (male)

I was looking for such a long time for comfortable shoes I can wear after my feet seem to have grown after multiple pregnancies. I need black, smart shoes for work, and those Mary Jane shoes tick all the boxes! I can concentrate on my work without being distracted and in pain with too tight shoes. I immediately ordered another pair for daily use in silver.
These didn’t seem to fit me as well as previous purchases. I did buy 1/2 size bigger. The length is fine but they gape and curl at the sides. The bar doesn’t seem to be in the right place. I do love all my other purchases. I think it’s the style that doesn’t suit me.. I. Bought them bigger as I thought I might want to wear a liner in the sole. I think that is a mistake on my part.
Lovely shoe really feels like I can wear a girly shoe again after having foot surgery I can only wear wide shoes which fit my orthotics. Now having a girly shoe option instead of just trainers is brilliant.
