Love the shoes. My daughters feet are on the wider side and they're the 1st pair of really comfy shoes she's had. Unfortunately, the customer service has been awful. **BUYER BEWARE*** The shoes took 10 days to come. I've asked to return 3 pairs of shoes. £113 worth of shoes. On the website it says, if you need to return, we'll give you instruction and then hand it in to the post office. I've been offered 15% refund and keep the shoes, I dont want to keep the shoes. I've been told they'll give me a refund if I send them back to an address in Germany. They've advised it needs to be FedEx or a courier service - not Post Office. I also got told I have 3 days to reply to them! So, I've got 3 pairs of shoes I don't want. If I courier them, it'll cost me roughly £40. I've raised a concern with my bank. Who knows how long that will take? **BUYER BEWARE***

Super stylish shoes for my six year old girl - she's used to barefoot shoes and these really hit the mark, with a lovely wide toe box that still looks super shapely. Supple sole has more support than some barefoot, so not extreme. Have only had a short time so can't speak to longevity but Hobibear were SUPER generous in sending these shoes for FREE as we had previously had some sizing issues with a pair for our younger girl. My advice on sizing would be that Hobibear size just a tiny bit on the small side.

Perfect fit, my 10 years old loves it. We have hot same design from Europe 6 months ago and those shoes are perfect for her as she refused to ware old standard style shoes ever again. Great quality too.
