The shoes didn’t fit and it’s been extremely difficult to arrange a return. The customer services department have sent repeated emails trying to persuade me up keep them and refusing to help arrange a return

The shoes took longer to arrive than expected. When they arrived they were not in a box as shown but a bag then wrapped in another bag sealed in multiple layers of tape. The shoes themselves were tight, despite following the guidance and I am now struggling to send them back and get a refund.
