Exchange wrong sizes
Shoes were cheap and plastic and didn’t fit. Then you seem to make it really hard to return them

A really lovely lightweight shoe and you don’t really understand the comfort level until you’re wearing them. I’ve never thought I had overly wide feet, but the extra space in these is amazing. Will definitely be buying another pair.
Very comfortable and great look. This is perfect entry to barefoot with slight cushioning - best way to start barefoot journey and to walk on hard surfaces. They pretty much on par with big brands
Really comfy and easy to wear (and I usually wear insoles for 'low arches') - after a bit of acclimatising, I'm now wearing them pretty much all day, every day!
I order one pair to try for holidays in the mountains for local walking as I have bunion and it was great help my feet did not cheat all worth the money
The shoes I ordered have exceeded my expectations. Really enjoying them. I’ve used them at the gym and was wary of wearing them at work, up and down stairs in the office block (currently out on the North Sea on an oil rig). They are great, certainly enjoying the padding and grip but also the width. I didn’t realise how cramped other shoes feel! Will defo be getting more.

The tongue on resent purchase Barefoot foot ware are shorter than last ones. This means I have to hold tongue with one hand and finger of other hand on the back to allow placing foot in without tongue trapped in side. I have three pairs of Barefoot foot ware now and always.

Really good shoes. First time wearing barefoot style shoes and definitely loving them. Really comfortable, lightweight, perfect for my gym training.

Excellent quality, especially for the price. They look great and are wide and foot-shaped, perfect for weightlifting and exercise classes. Comfortable, secure, would recommend. They arrived from Germany as the company doesn’t yet have a UK distribution centre but the customer services are very responsive - I would use them again.
Ordered Hobibear trainers as I needed another pair (have2 pairs already!). When they arrived, they were too small - sizing doesn’t match uk sizing. Emailed, great customer service, they sent a new, larger pair, which fit perfectly and are as comfortable as I knew they would be. Come on Pickleball!!

Really like these. They are my first pair of barefoot shoes. Only gripe is they rub the back of my ankle, so I have to wear longer socks (more than trainer socks).
I am usually a size 6 and found that I needed a 7 in this particular style. They are very comfy to wear but would recommend checking the size chart & perhaps going up a size.

Love these, perfect for my needs and great on comfort. The sizing was not very accurate, so I had to submit a return and get the next size up even though I measured by foot according to the chart. This was frustrating but Hobibear responded to my complaint and sent a replacement pair of the correct size - free of charge. This was good in the end.
These shoes have a better toe box.My feet have felt squashed at times but these shoes make my walking,a lot more comfortable.
