Very comfortable and whilst the website sizing chart is messed up (tells me who usually is a size EU42/UK8 to buy an EU44. Ignore the size chart, the sizes are regular UK/EU sizing), great customer service to resolve it. My 3 niggles with this shoe are 1. In bitter cold it's still not as warm as other rival barefoot winter shoes. 2. There's no loop at the back of each shoe to use to lever onto your foot as the neck of the shoe is narrow. That narrow also bumps at the front of the shin but for me does not rub. 3. It's wide at the back so my foot flip flops too. Not severely and the shoe is the correct size. As a result I can't wear the sneaker/trainer version of this shoe. Overall I think it's good value for money and whilst I'm yet to test in the rain, it's comfort is great.

after trying what feels like every walking shoe, boot, and wellie on the planet, these hobibear barefoot waterproof shoes are the first ones that actually sorted my feet out. they’re super light, bendy, genuinely waterproof, and somehow more comfortable than stuff triple the price. i had plantar fasciitis for ages and the pain has basically disappeared since switching to these, which i wasn’t expecting at all. not saying they’re magic, but they’ve done more for me than any of the expensive brands ever did! i'm usually a UK6 but i got the UK6.5 and they fit me perfectly. i have VERY flat (no arch at all) and wide feet and i cannot recommend these enough, i hate myself that i waited so long. they are fleece lined inside, super warm and it fits with my chunky wool socks, and they have elasticated laces for a quick and easy put on and take off! i’ve even made a few tiktoks about them because they’re amazing, so if anyone wants to see how they really hold up on my real dog walking days, i’m over at @walkieswithcammy.

It is my 3rd Hobibear pair, I also have the walking and barefoot shoes for the gym - i love it! I love that my toeses have space and I can wiggle inside my shoe. I also bought it a par for my 8yr for school. I really like a design of The winter Ash model, they are super warm inside, and tad oversized which oerfevt for winter and thick socks. Thanks hobibear🙏

I recently purchased one pair of Hobibear shoes and one pair of their boots after following the sizing guidelines on their website. While I needed to exchange them for a different size, the process was ultimately sorted out and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. The replacement pairs fit much better and were worth the wait. What truly stands out to me is how easy they are to slip on and off. Even more importantly, the wide toe box allows plenty of room for all my toes to spread naturally, which makes a noticeable difference in comfort. I only wish barefoot-style shoes like these had been available years ago — they might have helped me avoid foot issues caused by narrow footwear. Overall, Hobibear has turned out to be a fantastic choice for me. Comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and well worth taking the time to get the right fit. Thank you!
